Organizational courage is essential for successful leaders. Navigating conflict and delivering difficult feedback is an inevitable part of collaborating on teams, but how can you make those crucial conversations lead to more positive outcomes? In this workshop, you will practice strategies and behaviors to improve resolution. Experiential interactions and case study exercises will drive self discovery.
This event is open to graduates of the New Memphis Fellows/Embark program. This is an opportunity for experienced leaders to strengthen and refresh skills while also strengthening their network of peer local professionals from other industries. Participants will complete the Conflict Indicator assessment at the workshop.
